Description
Araucanía Valley is located in the geographical center of the region of Araucania, Temuco different districts, Padre de las Casas, New Imperial, Chol Chol.
The main urban center is the city of Temuco, the center of trade and services. Here come thousands of tourists and visitors each year to meet the culture and traditions of the Native Peoples better known as the Mapuche people.
The valley is notable for the presence of Mapuche communities, along with developing agriculture and livestock, kept intact their traditions, language, food, crafts, music and dance, his history is in there "Rukas" (houses), in communities and in their land planted and harvested each year.
This area is known for its landscapes and vegetation, pleasant climate, with strong and different seasons. In the Valley are engaged in agricultural activities especially where cereal and vegetable stand next to the raising of livestock.
Our visit will be a tour to learn, interact, share and enjoy a community with traditions, customs and ancient culture, a people with a profound sense of attachment to land and natural environment. This is a Tour with an anthropological view.
